PROJECT COMPLETE – 2023

11,500m2 Distribution Warehouse with anciliary office spaces.

EVERETT was engaged from inception of this Distribution Warehouse for an Owner Operator Client. EVERETT obtained a Development Approval, managed Authority Applications, and the Building Approval ready for construction. Being a Traditional Build Contract for base and fit-out, EVERETT was heavility involved in the Design and Construction phase liaising with the Landowner and Tenant.

EVERETT also co-ordinated a third party advertising leasing deal between AOS and the Landowner over a 15 year term.
